Our dessert wine, Felicita is made from Muscat and Vidal Blanc. After pressing, the juice was partially frozen to extract water and concentrate flavors and sugars, then fermented slowly at low temperatures to insure maximum aromatic intensity.

Fermentation: In stainless steel using a Sauternes yeast.
Aging: Two months in stainless steel.
Bottling: Bottled in December 2006.
Tasting Notes: Intense tropical aromas of pineapple and guava, bright juicy mandarin orange flavors and a clean finish. 10.0% residual sugar.
