Hunt Country Red label

Cabernet Franc 61% / Merlot 25% / Cabernet Sauvignon 14%, finished slightly off-dry. Soft and smooth with clean cherry and berry aromas and flavors.

Fermentation: In "FermentaBag" flexible fermentation cells using a Bordeaux yeast.
Aging: Nine months in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling: Bottled in August 2007.
Tasting Notes: A bright, fruity red with cherry and raspberry aromas and a smooth finish. Can be served slightly chilled, a perfect barbecue wine.
