• 2:00 Joe Chiocca - "My name is Joe Chiocca, I'm a local (NoVa) guitar player and singer, and I am the lead guitarist for Billy Clements and the Pickups. We play classic country (think Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Buck Owens etc.) Billy Clements our singer has a great baritone voice and plays acoustic rhythm; I play leads and sing harmony. "
